To maintain a timely schedule and provide our clients with the best service possible, we have implemented policies to lessen the occurrence of clients who are late for appointments or who do not show up for scheduled appointments.

We understand your time is valuable and we believe that you value ours as well.

By submitting an appointment request, you are agreeing to the terms noted below.

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL APPOINTMENTS.

Our Policies

  • If any changes need to be made to your appointment time or date, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice or more.

    We charge ALL CLIENTS a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost for any appts cancelled/rescheduled or changed by the client LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Any appointment that requires a mandatory reschedule/cancellation decided by any member of our team for any, but not limited to the following reasons:

    — more than 15 minutes late

    — disrespectful behavior

    LASH EXTENSIONS, LASH LIFTS, BROW LAMIS

    — have less than 20 lashes/fans per eye for a lash refill

    — have eye makeup/mascara on

    OMBRÉ POWDER BROWS & LIP BLUSH

    — consumed alcohol in the last 48 hours

    — visibly recent facial injection

    — visibly recent facial injections in working area

    — asking irritations/psoriasis near working area

    — pregnant/breastfeeding

    will result in a 50% CANCELLATION FEE (forfeit deposit) of the service booked.

  • We allow a certain amount of time for each appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we have the discretion to cancel/reschedule your appointment accordingly depending on the service and how much time is left to be able to complete the service fully. Late cancellation/reschedule fees apply.

    Please arrive promptly to ensure you're receiving the full potential of your paid services.

  • We understand that things happen and we can never be 100% in control of our lives. We do still hope that you can understand how important it is for us to know if you plan on making or in this case, NOT making your appointment. If we do not hear from you before the end of your scheduled appointment, we consider that a NO SHOW.

    We charge ALL CLIENTS the FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED (each occurrence) if you completely NO SHOW/NO CALL your scheduled appointment.

    Any cancellation/no-show charges will be charged within 3 business days from the missed appointment.

Requesting an appointment does not guarantee that time or date. A member of our team will reach out via call/text if the requested time is not available and offer you another date or time that may work for you.

If we’re unable to find an appointment that works for you, we will refund your deposit.
